Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As part of a dynamic team at PH&N Investment Services (PH&N IS), you will be working in a group responsible for providing a high level of client service plus administrative and operational support to clients and Investment Funds Advisors in our business. You will deal with client-related issues involving account opening, trade and compliance-related tasks, spreadsheets and reporting, and liaising with clients and other departments over the phone, email or mail. What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

·       Completion of either Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC). Mutual Fund Licensed for at least 1 year

·       Experience with mutual funds in a similar role in the Investment Industry with a strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, investment rules and workings and rules around various account types (registered and non-registered investment accounts, RESP, TFSA, and entities).

·       Demonstrated Excellence with Customer Service

·       Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

·       Business writing skills for letters and emails to clients.

 

Nice to Have

·       Experience in the Canadian banking industry

·       Ability to multi-task and keep organized as you work both independently and with a team.

·       (Bilingual - English/French would be an asset)

The expected salary range for the above position is $41,000 - $65,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
