Your mission
Join us as a Investment Back-Office Officer and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company.
What will you do?
- Provide support for Investment Back-Office Officers II for daily valuation of voluntary and mandatory pension funds and related activities
- Perform daily valuation of pension funds Administrators' Portfolios
- Generate and reconcile bank statements for managed portfolios
- Obtain approval/ signatures for deposits with banks, transactions and settlement instructions, follow-up by phone/ e-mail on open trades.
- Input/ Process payment orders / money transfers
- Follow up and maintain approved signatures lists with counterparties/ custodians
- Liaising with banks for accounts administration
- Reporting on investments – FSA and internal requirements
- Record, reconcile and approve trades and transactions in the dedicated investment software
- Reconciliations with financial accounting and operations departments
- Other accountabilities and specific tasks assigned by the manager as justified by
- Department documents management/ archiving business needs
What will you bring?
- University degree, preferably finance/ accounting (including freshly graduate)’
- Theoretical knowledge of financial instruments and investment funds’ working principles
- Experienced in working with excel
- Good level of English
- Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 7323 and 10 461 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
