ACCIONA in its Concessions business needs to incorporate into its USA team an Investment Analysis - USA to provide support in P3 projects linked to the infrastructure sector under public-private (PPP) regimes.

Job Description

Mission:
Training in investment evaluation in the American context. Participation in risk, feasibility, and return analysis of concession projects in the U.S.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Review investmen opprtunities in the U.S.

  • Training in local taxation and regulation.

  • Analysis of risk in projects under development

  • Construction of financial models

  • Support in internal decision-making committees

  • Support in due- diligence processes, gatering and validating technical, financial, and legal information from project skateholders.

  • Bechmarking U.S concession projects and comparing performance KPIs with international markets.

  • Assisting in the development of business cases and investment memos for senior management.

  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to understand project assumptions and integrate them into financial models.

  • Maintaining internal databases of bids, and financial metrics to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Required Skills and Competencies

Requirements / Education & Experience

  • Degree of interest: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or similar

  • Languages: Spanish and English (high level)

  • Interest in international environments

  • Knowledge in financial analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling knowledge

  • Other Requirements: Interest in international environments; knowledge of financial analysis; advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial modeling
