We are seeking a motivated Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to Inventory Control. You must be willing to match our fast-paced cadence and thrive with rapid change.
As an Inventory Specialist you are aiming to always keep inventory accuracy at 100% while executing daily requests. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate transactions of all hardware in and out of Ursa Major facilities. You will support basic ERP transactions, escalate any identified nonconformances and ensure hardware is delivered safely on time, and with clear traceability within the facility. ERP accuracy and improvement is our continual goal which will drive many projects you are tasked with.
The right person for this role will be passionate about communicating with, supporting, and serving others. They must enjoy working with various teams to continuously improve processes.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $20.67-$27.00 per hour, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The compensation range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
