Shift: 2:30 AM-12:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $22.13 an hour
- At the start of the shift review email, voice mail and other communications, check schedule, attend meetings and appointments.
- Answer telephones, e-mails, voice mail and act on, address and resolve issues and concerns.
- Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear for the warehouse, production or packaging areas.
- Handle all matters relating to inventory control, ensure products physically exists and stated quantities are accurate, ensure the quality of product is acceptable to company standards and locations are accurately recorded.
- Complete cycle counts, variance reports, locate shorts, check overages, complete special requests, research issues and run reports
- Complete allergen checks, locate stock items, supplies inventory in warehouse-freezer reconcile material and make corrections.
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
- Count material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and posts totals to inventory / property records as required.
- Verify computations against physical count of inventory and adjust errors in the count or investigate and report reason for discrepancies.
- Review inventory adjustment reports to correct erroneous adjustments created other departments and utilize SOP’s to ensure products are received, stored and shipping according to company policy.
- Communicate and interact with management and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately.
- Re-organize storage areas, down-stack product, remove trash and packaging material, check date codes and rotate stock.
- Transport pallets of stock items to the appropriate storage area and manually place in appropriate slots.
- Audit inventory procedures for appropriate validation, accuracy and usefulness other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain clean and safe working environment in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Keep work area and storage areas clear, clean and organized, complete other related duties as assigned or directed by the Supervisor.
- At the end of the shift Clean and maintain Power Jack/ Forklift and change / charge battery and secure all equipment as needed.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background Screening.
