Job Details:

Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's

Willing to work weekends

Hours - 7:00PM - 6:00AM

Pay $17.20 hour

$2.00 shift differential

Job Description:

• Must have computer background and and able to use hand held scanners

• This position is responsible for receiving all Material Handling and Production related supplies. 
• Inspect and keep accurate records of all inbound and outbound materials through the box shop. 
• Receive approved purchase order and bill of lading for inbound trucks; insure that all inbound materials are authorized by purchase orders; prepare a receiving manifest for each product entering the plant and will compare it with the packing slip and purchase order.
• Make sure that all materials received are properly identified; inspect inbound materials according to specifications provided by box shop supervisor; prepare inspection report and report defective materials out of specification.
• Unloading and loading by informal dispatcher upon completion of task and document any circumstances hindering such; prepare a manifest for outbound materials sent from box shop.
• Assist in daily and weekly counting of inventory; generate purchase orders and requisitions when directed by management; place orders with vendors; work with accounting department to reconcile discrepancies. 
• Help assist supervisor with other duties assigned.

Requirements:

 

 

• Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 365-day waiting period before you can reapply.
