Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all. We’re searching for an Inventory Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the directly responsible individual for all controlled material in our Mountain View location.
  • Managing Shipping & Receiving (Customer Service Mindset)
  • Manage Process & Policy (data hygiene, project management, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Inventory Management experience
  • Highly Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a time-sensitive, rapid paced environment
  • Ability to synthesize company objectives into near-term priorities
  • Comprehensive experience working with structured request queues, work orders, and build plans
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) such as SAP, NetSuite, Plex and corresponding Inventory Module(s)
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Ticketing/Work Order Prioritization
  • Ability to drive/learn forklift

Desirable Qualifications (this section is optional)

  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
  • Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs, etc.)
  • Slack
  • JIRA

The base salary range for this position is $34.75 - $47.75 per hour, plus bonus and benefits (this is a full time position). Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
