Inventory Controller

Behind every smooth delivery is the Inventory team at our Distribution Centre who contribute to making our promise of service excellence possible. Their careful accuracy ensures that every item is recorded, in the right place and ready to move when needed.

To help us keep our promise of reliable delivery, we’re looking for an organised Inventory Controller to join our Distribution Centre’s Inventory team. Your quick pace and pride in precision will keep stock flowing, orders accurate, and our team providing the signature excellence our customers count on.

The main responsibilities of the role include: 

• Investigating stock variances, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
• Overseeing the movement of all stock in and out of the warehouse, ensuring every item is tracked and accounted for.
• Supporting and guiding team members in inventory best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy and shared responsibility.
• Generate and analyse reports on stock movements, cycle count discrepancies, and inventory adjustments

The experience you’ll bring:

• You will bring proven inventory control experience, a hands‑on mindset and full ownership of your responsibilities.
• Experience working with Syspro, or a similar ERP system, as an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Well‑developed organisational skills and a natural ability to keep information structured and up to date.
