Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Team Member to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory accuracy across online and offline systems while ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled according to strict quality standards. You will join a collaborative and high-energy warehouse team dedicated to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and reconcile online and offline inventory systems to ensure data accuracy for all received goods and stock transfers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and teammates to pick, locate, and prepare customer orders while consistently meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an Inventory Controller role within a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, with the ability to navigate complex Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Proven ability in critical thinking and stakeholder communication to solve problems and improve warehouse organization.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to achieve dynamic team priorities and tasks.
