The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the distribution center. This role combines leadership, process improvement, and hands-on oversight to maintain optimal stock levels and support timely product delivery.

SHIFT: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise inventory control team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and SOPs.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

  • Utilize WMS, SAP, and inventory management tools to track and report inventory metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Support onboarding and continuous development programs for team members.

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory variances.

  • Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory control.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Great Place to Work initiatives.

  • Perform occasional warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating equipment.

  • Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations, including demonstrated experience in people management.

  • Proficiency with WMS, inventory management software, and SAP (preferred).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Experience with 3PL operations and warehouse equipment (including forklift).

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $84,160.00 - $131,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
