Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually
Position Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator who will report to the Inventory Control Manager. This role is responsible for all aspects of cycle counting and physical inventory audits for brick and mortar locations. This role will be expected to facilitate and analyze counts with the goal of keeping inventory accurate, flagging patterns of potential loss, and reporting this to management. Assist with day-to-day HQ retail operational activities to align projects and expectations for retail teams downstream.
Responsibilities
Conducting Inventory Counts
Schedule and process cycle counts for web sale related discrepancies for an improved customer experience.
Reconcile transactions from these counts in all regions (US/ CA/ EU / UK).
Review and adjust cycle count results in internal systems based on provided data and BOH transaction research.
Analyze inaccuracies and diagnose potential causes.
Build reports to track progress of all scheduled cycle counts.
Recap results and report to management.
Physical Inventory
Assist in annual execution and reconciliation of physical inventory.
HQ Retail Operations
Monitor intercompany task management system DASH
Approve and review pending tasks & authorizations
Potential to travel on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
2-3 years’ experience working with inventory management or retail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft excels.
Ability to analyze data sets.
Ability to exercise discretion and work autonomously.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
