Job Description

Provides analytical and operational support to global 3PL partners. The scope of responsibility includes acting as an escalation point for 3PL customer service, a triage point for order to cash issue resolution, keeping work instructions & SOPs up to date, producing reports, and supporting quarterly business reviews. 

This position will act as a liaison between Keenova’s functional areas and 3PLs, track service failures and support corrective action, work with IT to assure proper integration with Keenova’s systems (ERP, etc.), support alignment between business systems, and participate in ad-hoc project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces daily with supply chain, customer care, quality, commercial, and other department members on matters related to inventory management and logistics activities

  • Manage Customer Service Operations Inbox – shared inbox for 3PL issues and escalations

  • Supports coordination & tracking of domestic and international freight shipments

  • Tracking service failures and other issues

  • Monitoring for data, documentation, reporting errors

  • Interpret and apply knowledge in addressing business needs around 3PL Scope of Work, SOPs, and Customer Service Work Instructions

  • Drive and manage QMS change controls for product or shipping conditions deviations

  • Apply and maintain knowledge of Keenova business processes relating to Order to Cash processes

  • Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

  • Provides information on the Mallinckrodt policies, products and facilitates recommendations based on customer requirements with appropriate internal stakeholders

  • Performing SOX controls and other audit/compliance related duties

  • Provide, interpret and present analysis and reports as needed to internal and external business leaders

  • Work in ERP systems to support inventory management and Order to Cash processes to maintain alignment between Keenova and 3PL systems

  • EDI transactions support with 3PL & IT functions

  • Maintain working knowledge of Keenova return goods policy

  • Ability to work on multiple products at once for all inventory and distribution needs

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Science, Engineering, or Business preferred or combination of experience and education in a technical or business major

  • 3+ years of relevant experience or combination of work and educational equivalent

  • Experience focusing on Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or OpEx

  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP system, along with exposure to a variety of EDI transactions

  • Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or GxP related experience preferred

  • Experience with Temperature Control Transportation or other complex logistics a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail oriented

  • Excellent Written and oral communication skills

  • Able to analyze, prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to manage by influence, both up and down the organizational structure

  • Ability to function equally well as a functional member in a team environment

  • Technical analysis and evaluation

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and drives problems to resolution

 

Organizational Relationship/Scope:

This position interfaces with all business aspects - IT, Business Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Customer Service departments.  This position reports to the Logistics Manager, External Distribution. There are also significant relationships with various levels of management regarding data gathering and reporting requests. 

This position requires interaction with various internal and external department heads, corporate representatives, supervisors, and other managers on a variety of activities. 

Working Conditions:

The work environment is an office setting.  Work hours range 40 + hours per week.

The expected base pay range for this position is $75K - $85K. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion.
