About the Role:

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting daily warehouse and production operations, and analyzing inventory data to ensure material availability and accuracy. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support efficient operations at the Brea manufacturing site.

This role will report to the Warehouse Manager.

This is a full-time role with company benefits based onsite at Dr. Squatch Bricc City, in Brea, CA.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $22.00 to $25.00 per hour . Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform daily inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within WMS and NetSuite systems
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Operate forklift equipment to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods as needed
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, excess stock, and process improvements
  • Support production and manufacturing teams by ensuring timely material availability
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, safety standards, and GMP requirements
  • Utilize Parity Factory systems to track and support manufacturing inventory processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

About You:

  • Forklift certification required
  • Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite inventory modules
  • Experience working with Parity Factory systems
  • 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing inventory control experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic to intermediate Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • Inventory analysis or inventory control background preferred
  • Familiarity with GMP, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
