About the role:

Planning Job Family Description:
Roles in this job family plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials and goods. They also have skills and expertise in planning the required quantity and quality of input materials for Diageo’s logistical and manufacturing operations. They normally have expertise and knowledge in logistics to be able to determine the most efficient, cost effective and timely method, taking into account transportation and warehousing capacity. They analyse sales data and forecasts, current resource levels and capacity, monitor current volumes and usage to prepare procurement plans in order to meet demand.

• No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution
• Solves routine problems using existing procedures and guidelines
