About This Role

The Intune Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and support of the Microsoft Intune platform for device and application management within the organization. This role ensures proper configuration, security, and policy compliance on mobile devices and corporate endpoints, aligned with best practices and IT standards.

What You´ll Do:

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft Intune platform, including security policies, compliance, and device management.
• Implement and manage configuration profiles, applications, and updates on Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Oversee Intune integration with other Microsoft solutions, such as Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Monitor device status and generate compliance and security reports.
• Troubleshoot incidents and issues related to device and application management.
• Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure data protection and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Document procedures, configurations, and platform changes.
• Stay up to date on new features and best practices in Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

Who You Are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune or similar MDM/MAM solutions.
• Experience managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, security and compliance policies.
• Application and update management.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge for automation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Security and compliance orientation.

In Addition to Above Requirements, Our Ideal Candidate:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar.
• Experience in hybrid environments (Intune + SCCM).
• Knowledge of integrations with security solutions (Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access).
