Job Description:
Service, support or product oriented, performs various HR support functions including, but not limited to: payroll operations, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, tax preparation, and management reporting. Able to independently resolve less complex issues. Requires basic understanding of labor regulations.

Process Overview

The Global Human Resources (GHR) team provides comprehensive human resource management services for the Bank. The core services within GHR include – Staffing, Learning & Leadership Development, Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits & Employee Relations (ER).

Job Description

Individual will be part of HR Shared Services function within the HR team. Incumbent will be involved in managing a wide gamut of activities in Onboarding for APAC /EMEA countries for all the Lines of Business, including correspondences with stakeholders and ensuring all mandatory steps for the hire to start on the pre-decided date is in place through collaboration with different teams .

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals have been obtained prior to initiating Onboarding process
  • Responsible for initiation and necessary follow-ups for Background verification completion and Right to Work clearance
  • Process Workday to create the hire profile
  • Responsible for necessary follow-ups with hire for completion of Workday Onboarding tasks and approvals on Outside Directorship, if any
  • Liaison with the various teams, visa vendor and hire for completion of all onboarding steps in order to adhere to start date
  • Responsible to send out all necessary communications related to the process
  • Update bank details in Workday
  • Ensure necessary process related QCs are completed

Requirements

Foundational skills:

  • Minimum qualification – Graduate
  • Candidate must have excellent communication, navigation, consulting abilities
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience
  • HR experience is preferrable
  • Exposure to managing processes would be an added advantage

Desired Skills

  • Certification/ Post Graduation in HR
  • Exposure to working with international stakeholders/partners, internal business and HR partners
  • Proven experience of providing thought leadership to overcome challenges and lead without direct authority
  • Gravity to interact at all levels of management to support resolution of complex business issues and good understanding of risk & compliance

Shift Timings: 7.30 AM to 10.30 PM (Shift Window)
