Job Description

Assignment type: Internship/Graduation

Start date: September 2026

Assignment duration: 6 months

Location: Veghel

Description of assignment

During the engineering phase of a project, the Controls Project Engineer translates various input such as electrical and mechanical drawings, layouts, and functional specifications, into detailed engineering outputs, including interface specifications and low level software and parameter files. Currently, much of this work is performed manually, resulting in a high level of repetitive effort and an increased risk of errors. The objective of this assignment is to automate parts of this engineering process to reduce manual work, shorten the engineering lead time, and minimize errors caused by manual data handling.
