Internship – Value Stream Biotechnologist, Singapore (May to July 2026)

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Tuas – Vaccines Production Internship, 2026:

Education required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in the fields of Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Life Science/Biomedical Engineering.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: May 2026 to July 2026

What will you do?

  • As a Biotechnologist Intern, you may get involved in the following activities:

  • Learning about Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements

  • Learn about our process/operations to ensure processes are completed reliably

  • Be trained/qualified in all procedures and training required for performing operations

  • Learn and perform key computer applications and maintenance of records

  • Ensuring quality, safety and accuracy in all that we do

  • Supporting routine preventive maintenance activities

  • ·Get involved in project activities
     

What will you learn?

  • Vaccine production processes: Non-aseptic and aseptic processing which include purification, conjugation and filtration.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Positive and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations

  • Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve

  • Strong drive for performance, deadline-driven and attention to details

  • A keen interest in biopharmaceutical product and manufacturing, and a passion for knowledge
