Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Process Engineering, or related fields in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Other requirements:
- Strong interest in bioprocessing and production technologies
- Ability to perform hands-on lab work
- Analytical mindset and interest in data interpretation
- Good communication skills and willingness to interact with cross-functional partners
Expected start date: August / September 2026
Duration: 12 months
Work arrangements: Hybrid
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

Interact with external suppliers and review technical documentation
Set up and test prototype equipment, collect data, and analyse performance
Review freeze‑drying process principles and adapt parameters for small‑scale experiments
Prepare and run laboratory freeze‑drying tests
