This international presence leads to distributed teams, cross-country workflows, and technological systems that require global alignment.
The team
Tech Strategy and Enterprise Architecture functions as a global unit. The team works with counterparts in multiple countries, participating in global architecture management teams, and contributing to standards applied across ING Group. English is the standard working language for documentation, architectural guidance, and cross-regional collaboration.
Roles and responsibilities
Daily activities during the internship will consist of analytical, documentation focused, and research-support tasks related to AI adoption within ING. These activities revolve around understanding how AI appears in daily workflows and how employees interact with AI tools.
