Education required: Bachelor's Degree / Polytechnic Diploma from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business/Science discipline

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: July to December 2026

  • Strategic exposure: Support the design and evolution of Ingenuity in Action initiatives by contributing ideas, insights, and analysis that help shape global capability and learning priorities.
  • Hands-on delivery: Actively support the execution of global Ingenuity campaigns, forums, and academy activations, including content development, coordination, and operational follow-through.
  • Learning & insight generation: Capture best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from markets, translating them into clear insights and materials that can be shared and scaled across GenMed.
  • You will be involved in:
  • Co-leading the setup of Ingenuity in Action workstreams, supporting initiatives from ideation to execution within global GenMed teams
  • Supporting the delivery of a high-impact global campaign that positions Ingenuity as a clear engine of what is possible across our brands
  • Helping power the monthly Ingenuity in Action Global Forum, including content preparation and coordination
  • Contributing to the activation of the GenMed Ingenuity Academy and its learning experiences
  • Working closely with commercial, medical, and enabling functions to showcase best practices
  • Assisting with logistics, coordination, and execution excellence across initiatives
