We are looking for a student, studying at a university in the greater area of Graz, to support our Toolchain team and gain hands-on experience part time, in parallel to their studies.
Your responsibilities:
Development, testing and debugging of SW Tool components (in Java, Python, C, C++ and C#)
Automation of build and test systems using Jenkins
Implementation and maintenance of technical documentation
Supporting compiler development by analysing and reproducing reported failures and verifying fixes
Your profile:
Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering, SW development, Mathematics, or similar
Java or C++ programming skills
Experience with Eclipse, Python, C, C#, Compilers (LLVM), git, SVN and/or Jenkins would be a bonus
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Independent and accurate working style
Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a changing environment
Good communication skills
Availability 20 hours per week
Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.600- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
