Internship Project Engineer

Design & develop quite standard solutions to be installed on customers' sites (eg. Packaged Gases, Bulk or On site IM & HC solutions, Hydrogen/Biogas stations)
INCLUDE the AL Advanced Technologies, On site Customer Installations


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Main Accountabilities
1. Establish the Engineering baseline master project schedule with Project Scheduler and related Discipline Lead engineers.
2. Accountable for the fulfillment of Technical Criterias of the Gate Process (Revision of each project stage and validation of specific criteria to be met).
3. Responsible for the overall Engineering management of the assigned Project in terms of scope of supply, time delivery, quality and compliance with technical contractual requirements
4. Lead the technical interface management with TC, Suppliers, Design Institutes, site and customers with project engineering management team, make sure compliance with technical contractual requirements
5. Ensure the technical contractual requirements have been: i) distributed to all engineering disciplines lead (for the part relevant to its scope), ii) understood and iii) followed.
** 1. The standard project refers to the traditional O2, N2, H2 project, there is already a relatively standardized drawing design, selection requirements and installation specifications, if there are changes are also simple adjustments.
Non-standard projects are projects that are customized to the needs of the BL, such as the establishment of new plants, upgrades and complex mixed gas supply solutions that are customized to meet customer requirements.

Differentiating Criteria
- Main authority of the country to communicate with the Group and the region on new technologies and processes, and lead to introduce the final results into the country, publicized in the country, and monitor the implementation
- Validation of documentations: National scope
- Responsible for the Business Line TCL long term development and is the Chairman of TCL Validation Committee of the BL in the country scope


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering
2. Above 15 years working experience in the related fields of engineering, designing, project management, mechanical fields
3. Above 5 years experience of project engineering management
4. Multi-disciplines engineering knowledge
5. Good management, coordination skills and decision taking capability
