Are you passionate about design, marketing and branding? Are you studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within marketing or something similar, and looking for an internship where you can turn theory into practice?

We are looking for interns for both spring 2026 and autumn 2026, and we are flexible regarding the duration of the internship period.

At our office facilities by the harbor edge in Horsens, you will become part of an energetic office community, consisting of approx. 100 colleagues looking forward to welcoming you to our team.

About the job

As an intern, you will be part of a productive and dynamic team working across product development, marketing and sales. You will gain insight into how HAY translates the brand’s design vision into marketing activities and campaigns that support our global presence.

In the Product & Wholesale Marketing department, you will be part of a team of nine, where you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks that support the preparation of our sales enablement materials in connection with product launches, campaigns and activities for our global customers.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing material and sales presentations, including:
    • Participation in photo shoots – pack shots
    • Naming, tagging and creation in Digital Library
    • Supporting the creation and maintenance of products for 3D product configurators
    • Preparing 3D planning ideas
    • General support for the team – e.g. helping with the preparation of analyses, reports, etc.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of product and image material in internal systems (Digital Library, pCon, Cylindo, etc.)

Role expectations

  • You are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within marketing or something similar
  • You have an eye for details and take pride in structured, high-quality work
  • You are a strong communicator with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • You are comfortable working independently and taking initiative when needed

Experience required

  • You speak and write English fluently (and preferably Danish too)
  • You are experienced in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Adobe programs and/or 3D renderings is considered a plus, but not a requirement
