About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious final-year university student to join our FINPRO MENA (Financial and Professional Liability) team for a 3-month paid internship. This is a structured learning opportunity designed to give you hands-on exposure to the insurance and reinsurance industry while supporting our team on meaningful projects.

Location: Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), Gate Village 7, Level 3, Dubai, UAE

Duration: 3 months (with the potential for a permanent role based on your performance and business needs)

Compensation: Paid internship

What You'll Do

During your internship, you will work on a variety of tasks that blend learning with real business impact:

Document Standardisation & Process Improvement

• Review and analyse existing proposal forms and insurance slips across our FINPRO product range

• Update document structure, content, and layout to meet modern standards and brand guidelines

• Develop consistent, reusable templates that improve efficiency across the team

• Ensure all documents reflect a professional look and feel

Digital Automation Support

• Collaborate on tagging and categorizing insurance slips and endorsements for automated processing

• Support the setup and implementation of digital automation tools and workflows

• Contribute to efforts that enable faster, more accurate document generation

• Work with internal platforms to streamline our broker-market processes

Day-to-Day Team Support

• Assist with endorsement generation and slip production

• Provide administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth operations

• Learn the ins and outs of insurance placement workflows in a real working environment

Additional Projects (if time allows)

• Support information extraction from proposal documents

• Assist with testing and development of business applications

• Contribute to data visualization and reporting initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently in your final year of university

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)

• Experience with Microsoft Lists or similar organizational tools is a plus

• Eager to learn and committed to gaining practical industry experience

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Self-motivated and willing to take on diverse tasks

No prior insurance industry experience is required - we're looking for smart, talented people with the drive to learn.
