Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities
Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry insights to support product decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, operations) to align on product initiatives
Track product performance and compile reports with actionable recommendations
Maintain organized product data, research findings, and documentation
Assist with ad hoc projects and presentations as needed
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to end-to-end product development and merchandising strategies
Hands-on experience with market analysis and consumer insights
Opportunity to influence product decisions through research and data
Mentorship from cross-functional leaders
$21.25/hr
