Main responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support for organizing scientific conferences
Support marketing activities using multi-channel promotional tools
Assist with e-marketing projects and digital initiatives
Collaborate with internal partners to prepare and approve promotional materials
Manage corporate systems and provide organizational support to the immunology department
Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations based on provided data
Complete day-to-day tasks assigned by supervisors
Student status: Currently enrolled as a student (mandatory requirement)
Availability: Minimum 32 hours per week (essential)
Communication skills: Strong communication abilities with an open and engaged attitude
Learning mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop, with openness to new technologies
Work style: Independence in finding solutions, proactivity, and excellent work organization, attention to details
Languages: Fluent in Polish with good English skills
Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and AI tools
