The Role
Ben jij geïnteresseerd in hoe HR-processen bijdragen aan een positieve medewerker ervaring? Wil je meewerken aan het verbeteren van de manier waarop medewerkers binnen onze organisatie instromen, begeleid worden en zich ontwikkelen? Dan is deze stage iets voor jou!
Over het project:
Binnen ons HR-verbeterproject nemen we verschillende kernprocessen onder de loep, zoals: onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, begeleiding van nieuwe collega’s in de eerste maanden, educatie en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
Het doel: een hogere efficiëntie in onze HR-processen én een verbeterde medewerker beleving.
Wat ga je doen:
Als stagiair werk je mee in het projectteam dat zich richt op het analyseren, verbeteren en herontwerpen van HR-processen. Je zult onder begeleiding:
Workshops helpen organiseren met de betrokken partijen
Procesanalyses uitvoeren (bijvoorbeeld door interviews of data-analyse)
Knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden in kaart brengen
Meedenken over en bijdragen aan concrete verbeterinitiatieven
Ondersteunen bij communicatie en betrokkenheid van medewerkers
Presentaties en rapportages voorbereiden voor het projectteam en HR
Who You Are
Je bent een student (HBO of WO) met interesse in mens en organisatie, communicatie of procesverbetering. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: je hebt affiniteit met medewerker betrokkenheid, HR en communicatie. Je bent analytisch en kunt procesmatig denken. Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook graag samen. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in spraak en schrijven. Je beschikt over een Nederlands paspoort. Je bent 6 maanden beschikbaar. Extra punten als je ervaring of interesse hebt in Lean Six Sigma of andere verbetermethodieken, maar dat is geen must!
