The Position

The Opportunity

The GenAI & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Cluster drives initiatives related to generative AI technologies and the adoption of digital capabilities across PT. The cluster focuses on delivering impactful GenAI use cases while ensuring sustainable organizational change through structured change
management, communication, and engagement.

As an Intern in the GenAI OCM Cluster, you will support both GenAI product ownership and digital strategy activities and Organizational Change Management (OCM) execution, including communication, training, and adoption tracking. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge GenAI technologies, digital strategy, and people-centric change management in a global Pharma environment.
Your Key Responsibilities

  • GenAI Digital Strategy: Support the strategic rollout and product ownership of GenAI capabilities by defining user journeys, monitoring adoption KPIs, and preparing data-driven analyses to inform digital strategy and decision-making.

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM): Execute change management and communication strategies by designing engaging multimedia content, coordinating training workshops, and maintaining a centralized repository of resources to drive digital adoption.

  • Measurement & Insights: Analyze key performance metrics, survey results, and focus group feedback to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive the continuous improvement of change and adoption strategies

  • Collaboration & Ways of Working: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Digital, IT, and Business units to support structured workflows, maintain documentation best practices, and actively contribute to strategic team discussions.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Digital, Engineering) with fluency in English and a genuine passion for GenAI and digital transformation.

  • Communication & Content: Strong communicator with an interest in creating engaging digital content and the ability to bridge technology-driven topics with people-centric initiatives.

  • Analytical Mindset: Capable of structuring complex information, analyzing data, and monitoring KPIs to drive decision-making.

  • Work Style: A proactive, organized self-starter eager to learn and collaborate within a fast-moving global environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
