At Baxter Global Business Solutions, we are building an outstanding organization! We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Interns to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this role, you will work alongside expert professionals in the finance field, contributing to the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions for Baxter's global operations.

Assist in the preparation, recording, and analysis of journal entries, financial statements, and other accounting-related documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Participate in the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Stay current on financial and accounting developments, sharing insights and opportunities with the team.
Advanced studies in Business Administration and/or Finance (minimum 75% career completion).
English B1 or higher
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical school studies in accounting, finance, or business administration
Food Allowance in our cafeteria
Internship of 6-12 months (with potential for extension or full-time employment)
