As a Digital Marketing Management Intern focused on Events and Congresses, you'll be supporting the team with end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for our Global Congresses & Events, including face-to-face events, webinars, and hybrid formats, in close collaboration with the Events & Congresses team.
You'll assist in creating and executing the digital marketing strategy, as well as engaging and high-quality content with an omnichannel approach, using all our digital platforms, including web content, email campaigns, social media and sales enablement, covering the full lifecycle: pre-event, during event, and post-event.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you support the monitoring and analysis of our digital marketing campaign performance, contributing to the preparation of clear and insightful reports. You’ll use these findings to support data-driven decisions, helping to optimize future strategies and digital marketing activities. This role will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the creation of the digital marketing strategy and the E2E execution of digital marketing campaigns for events and congresses, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with the business objectives.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for E2E campaigns across various digital platforms, including web content, email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant coursework or experience in digital marketing strategy, content creation, or events is a plus.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including web content marketing, social media, lead capturing, and lead nurturing.
Strong writing and communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging content for multiple digital platforms.
Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools to track, report, and derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
Social media savvy, with knowledge of platform-specific strategies aligned to target audiences.
Proficient with digital marketing tools, including website management, email marketing platforms, social media management systems, and CRM.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for marketing challenges.
