Education required: Currently pursuing Master’s degree from an accredited college/university, in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do?
Work closely with the Head of Commercial Excellence and Business Operations for APAC sub-region.
This team is responsible for driving operational governance, enabling strategic projects and leading transformation initiatives across the sub-region.
The role collaborates closely with the markets to identify opportunities, resolve barriers and support implementation of growth strategies, in line with global priorities.
You will be involved in:
Leading 1 or more projects which will play an important role in strengthening business performance in APAC sub-region.
Projects could include (some examples listed):
Facilitating commercial excellence initiatives across markets, to share best practices and learnings
Leading change initiatives to embed new ways of working
Driving launch readiness processes across markets
What will you learn?
