The project brings together technology, ecosystem partners, and customers to foster innovation and create tangible value across sectors.

We are seeking a strongly motivated intern to join the Fabbrica Italia team, supporting communication, market analysis, and marketing initiatives aimed at diverse stakeholders — including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Marketing Support

  • Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans for the Fabbrica Italia initiative.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content to effectively communicate project outcomes and AI capabilities.
  • Support storytelling activities and help position Fabbrica Italia within HPE’s strategic narrative.
  • Coordinate messaging and engagement strategies across multiple channels (events, digital platforms, internal communications).

2. Market Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct research on the Italian AI and digital transformation market, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Gather and analyze data on target industries, customer needs, and emerging use cases.
  • Synthesize insights into structured reports and recommendations for project strategy and marketing positioning.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support marketing and communication activities targeted toward specific stakeholder groups.
  • Assist in organizing customer events, workshops, and partner briefings to promote collaboration and visibility.
  • Help manage follow-up actions and documentation to ensure continuity and impact.

4. Project Organization & Execution

  • Contribute to the planning and tracking of ongoing activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring structured progress updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Marketing, Communication, Economics.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and technology-driven innovation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, planning skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
