Job summary
The role is entitled to supporting the Chief Operating Officer UK & France in ensuring her agenda, the most efficient organization of meetings, while contributing to achieve KPI predefined with the COO, through a proactive and collaborative approach.
Key purpose of the role
· Skillful coordination of the Chief Operating Officer UK & France calendar optimizing the workflow of the management team aiming to deliver deadlines and following up on outstanding items.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer UK & France assisting with travel arrangements, booking, visa processes, daily management of the agenda, expense reports, correspondence) and managing administrative procedures.
· Manage organizational referent, Manager meetings, and international meetings creating reports with a confidentiality approach and understanding Group priorities and Chief Operating Officer UK & France expectations.
· Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality by managing critical and/or sensitive data completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Chief Operating Officer UK & France's ability to effectively lead the schools;
· Active participation in special projects (e.g., kick off of a new project as PMO); producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
· Acumen and judgment: interact with team members, students/ tutors etc, confidently to be able to filter in the best way among the different internal and external requests (e.g. meetings, video-calls etc)
· Efficient document management organizing, scanning, and filing various documents, including contracts, memos, forms, and other important materials, to be sure that each department monitors the business scopes.
