The International Wire Services Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s back-office International Wire Services team. This team provides the daily operational support in the processing of members’ international wire transfers including payment inquiries from branches and Member Services Support (MSS), balancing/reconciliation, daily settlement, and exception resolution. The manager will serve as the primary contact for the International Wire Services department within SECU and for external partners such as vendors and industry groups.
