International Vertical Lift Training Project Management Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Training (GT) is looking for a talented Project Management Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, and lead International Vertical Lift Training program efforts. This includes program execution across various product support elements and new business proposals to support both Foreign Military Sale (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) for our international partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads projects and provides oversight (including performance management metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of complex projects to support International Vertical Lift Training organizational goals and objectives
  • Leads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement
  • Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans
  • Lead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders
  • Manage the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, and associate mitigation and implementation plans
  • Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time
  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plans regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
  • Interface, communicate and develop relationships with our US Army customers and international partners
  • Integrates with various business units, cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)
  • Able and willing to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with AH-64 training system
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager
  • A current CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management) or PMP Certification

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
