Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic International Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of the Endo NiTi and SST hand files categories.

This role acts as the global category expert and advocate, responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product strategy, and driving successful commercialization. The position requires close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Regulatory teams to deliver market-leading dental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Endodontic files category (NiTi and SST).
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and development to launch, promotion, and phase-out.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions based on clinical performance and market needs.
  • Translate market requirements into clear product specifications in collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.

Go-to-Market and Commercialization

  • Lead cross-functional product launch teams, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans, including sales tools, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support regional sales teams with product education, competitive insights, and clinical documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and production forecasts to ensure availability and effective stock rotation.
  • Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinicians to validate product concepts and gather market feedback.

Marketing and Performance Analysis

  • Oversee product-related marketing materials, including datasheets, clinical guides, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, and market share, recommending adjustments when needed.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and market trends to inform future product development.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Profile

  • Proven experience in international product management, preferably in healthcare, dental, or medical devices.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).

  • 35,000 € gross fixed salary per year in 14 payments (extra summer and winter)
