About the Role
The Payroll Administrator supports the payroll process for selected European countries, ensuring timely and accurate service for our internal employees. This is an entry-level role within a collaborative payroll team — you’ll work closely with a senior colleague, receive full training, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.
What You Will Do
Work together with a senior payroll colleague to collect and prepare payroll input data from HR and other departments
Support the payroll vendor in processing monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assist in reviewing and validating payroll results, escalating any discrepancies when needed
Help maintain payroll documentation and prepare basic reports for audits and internal use
Take part in absence and benefits administration in line with local regulations and company policies
Respond to employee payroll questions, with guidance from senior team members
Join team discussions and meetings with HR and payroll vendors to resolve issues and share updates
Contribute to process improvements and learn best practices within the team
What You Need to Be Successful
High school graduation
1 year of relevant experience in payroll/HR administration or a university degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Administration, Finance, Economics)
Intermediate English (spoken and written)
User-level Microsoft Office skills (especially basic Excel)
Ability to work with confidential information, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Proactive, curious approach to finding information and learning
Bonus Points if You Have
Any previous internship, summer job, or university project involving data, administration, or HR tasks
Basic familiarity with systems like SAP, Workday, or ADP (you’ll be trained on these anyway)
Knowledge of another European language (e.g. French, Polish, German, Romanian)
An interest in international business or payroll topics
