International Marketing Measurement Lead
Summary
We are seeking for a Marketing Measurement Lead for our International Division, which will be a pivotal role dedicated to ensuring consistency across international markets in marketing measurement strategy and execution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enabling application of the marketing KPI framework to measure our marketing impact and implementation of an integrated approach to marketing ROI measurement. This role will require collaboration across the international marketing ecosystem: Commercial Office (ICO), EM Commercial office (EMCO), CMO Global Media team, Global Commercial Analytics (GCA), as well in country teams, mainly the top 16 marketing leads and Patient and Healthcare Experience (P&HE) teams and with CoLab.
Role Responsibilities
Act as a Team lead for both direct reports and XF Pod for International Marketing Measurement to ensure optimal investment strategy for 400M DME across ICD key markets.
Develop a consistent cross-channel costing model across the International Commercial Division.
Align definitions, taxonomy, and data sources across ICD to ensure uniformity in application of the marketing KPI framework and consistent reporting platforms.
Align reporting tools to enable marketers to efficiently access critical data.
Drive market execution and application of robust data analytics in collaboration with local IIS and PHE teams.
Contribute valuable insights for the measurement of the impact of paid media in collaboration with CoLab and the Pfizer Media team and to enable integration with impact measurement across other channels.
Ensure consistency in the methodology to measure impact of Pfizer-owned channels.
Explore opportunities for integration and measurement of 3rd party media activity e.g. webinars.
Analyze and identify key roadblocks across markets to achieve fully integrated Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) modeling.
Establish a clear roadmap for integrated MROI assessment and delivery for ICD.
Lead team of analysts focused on Marketing Measurement setup.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Significant leadership experience in modern marketing, marketing analytics and measurement.
Deep understanding of omnichannel models and Pfizer marketing model
Extensive expertise in marketing data within the pharmaceutical domain, including a deep understanding of marketing data governance and standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing cross-functional marketing /analytics teams.
Proven leadership in dynamic, results-driven marketing environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills tailored to marketing and analytics contexts.
Proven track record in driving marketing change and innovation across departments and business partners.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Travel expected 10-15% of the role.
