The International Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and scaling international marketing programs for Fortra’s Defensive Security product lines, including demand generation, account-based marketing, and content localization. This role works closely with regional sales and channel marketing teams to drive qualified pipeline, strengthen brand credibility, and support revenue growth in key countries within APAC and EMEA.

This person should have a track record of developing and executing campaigns that move leads through the marketing funnel and have expertise in analyzing buyer behavior via multi-platform generated data such as web performance and CRM and prioritizing accounts for sales and marketing. This person will work closely with the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Defensive Security product marketing team, and channel marketing team to extend campaigns, ads, and messaging to priority countries of EMEA and APAC. This person will be accountable for execution, measurement, and delivery of high-performing personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans in support of business and product strategies 
  • Lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns across web, social, email, paid, and other channels to help maximize ROI 
  • Scope projects within the marketing department, including timelines, deliverables, and team members 
  • Regularly analyze goals for pipeline creation to continually optimize existing programs 
  • Manage CRM reporting for each stage of the funnel, channel and campaign performance  
  • Collaborate with and/or manage internal and external resources required to execute programs on time and on budget, including presenters, technical resources, and sales
  • Input on the creatives in terms of content, performance data collection, and analysis and continuous optimization plan.
  • Align with international channel marketing team to ensure a cohesive go-to-market in region
  • Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field. 
  • Five+ years of digital marketing experience in increasingly complex roles is required. 
  • Five+ years of marketing experience within a hi-tech organization is preferred. 
  • Marketing experience should ideally be multi-disciplined: Lead generation, marketing communications, digital, content, marketing programs/events, etc. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and personnel management. 
  • Strong time management skills and can manage multiple priorities within tight time constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation programs.
  • Do-what-it-takes mindset to execute against strategy.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and eager to have an impact on a rapidly growing organization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, Wrike, Google Analytics and lead acquisition via Paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), 3rd party review platforms and Google/Microsoft Ads is a must
