QuidelOrtho is looking for a Distribution Coordinator to manage the seamless journey of our products in EMEA—from order entry to final delivery—across multiple markets. What You’ll Do:
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth order management and delivery for our customers, distributors, and QuidelOrtho affiliates. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing finished goods orders from initial entry to delivery.
Coordinating logistics and transport, including warehouse release, carrier scheduling, and customs documentation.
Acting as the primary link between Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitoring order status, identifying potential delays, and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
Managing customer non-product complaints and driving effective resolutions.
Handling product returns, credit notes, and ensuring procedures and instructions are up-to-date.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated, organized, and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Transport.
Up to 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transport, ideally in a pan-European environment.
Strong understanding of export and customs regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Commitment, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

The role can be based in Pencoed, Wales / Prague, Czech Republic or Galway, Ireland.
This role is offered as a maternity cover on a fixed-term contract for one year.
