About the Role
As an International P2P Administrator, you’ll be part of our Northern European Team, supporting the business by delivering accurate, timely supplier payment processing and exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring best‑in‑class service and robust, auditable processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers using our First Line Support model
Processing all transactional activities via the relevant workflow tools
Ensuring compliance with established processes, controls and documentation
Managing and escalating non‑standard requests and queries efficiently
Working accurately within agreed SLAs, achieving right‑first‑time outcomes
Maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
Keeping clear records to support accurate reporting
Supporting team targets, change initiatives and continuous improvement
Taking on additional tasks as required by Team Leads or SSC Senior Management
The Bigger Picture
Within Supplier Accounts, you’ll help support a high‑volume, high‑impact operation:
Processing 70,000 supplier invoices per month
Managing shared mailboxes and query workflows
Liaising with sites across the UK and Northern Europe
What We’re Looking For
Proven Northern European language skills (written and spoken) – essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data entry and attention‑to‑detail skills
Confident interpersonal skills with a flexible, collaborative approach
Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge – desirable but not essential
A team player who thrives in a structured, process‑driven environment
Education
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C / 4 or above
