About the role
The International Accountant works in collaboration with operational departments, and external accounting/payroll providers for the APAC region (excluding Japan) reporting to the Accounting Manager based in the UK.
What You'll Do:
Taking responsibility of the Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chongqing Kyriba entities for accounting operations (cash management, accounts production, tax declarations ...).
Participate to the organization and coordination of the team's work to deliver timely accounting and financial reports and reports.
Support in preparation of closing, and establishment of monthly report in Local and US GAAP standards.
Support in preparation of basic tax packages and payroll output.
Preparation of reconciliation of accounts and analysis of variations.
Support and coordination of needed tax declarations.
Support in monitoring of other projects related to Kyriba Finance activities.
Payroll coordination with a service provider for dedicated entities, from preparation to approval.
Active participation and support of the statutory audit.
Support in preparation of cash forecast.
Creation of IC payments and settlements
What We're Looking For:
Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting.
+3/4 years’ experience in a professional accounting position.
Demonstrate both the ability and motivation to work collaboratively in a team environment, across regions and functions, as well as working independently with minimal oversight.
Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, execute, control, and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Fluent in English – C2

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł122,000.00 - zł154,325.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive.
