What you’ll contribute to
As our Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll lead the creation of strategic communication initiatives that bring our organizational priorities to life. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll deliver clear, compelling, and creative content that strengthens culture, supports transformation, and elevates the employee experience across the organisation.
This is a full-time, max-term (12 months) position based at Altona North
How you’ll make an impact
Drive the execution of internal communication strategies and projects that align with business goals and truly speak to our people.
Manage and deliver quarterly town hall forums to engage teammates in company strategy and key initiatives.
Prepare impactful executive communications and speeches
Oversee the management of content across multiple channels including intranet stories, digital signage, newsletters, video scripts, leader toolkits and more.
Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our values and our ways of working.
Gather and analyse insights to help shape communication strategies, papers, and supporting materials.
Lead communication efforts that guide employees through change, transformation, and cultural initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (ideal not mandatory)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including scriptwriting and storytelling
Strong understanding of communication channels
Proven success partnering with executives and influencing stakeholders
Experience writing executive speeches for senior leaders
