OUR ROLE
VITA, a part of Fiskars Group, is home to some of the world's most iconic heritage brands like Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, IITTALA, Wedgwood, Moomin Arabia, and Waterford. To develop our dynamic, globally dispersed teams, we are now hiring an Internal Communications Manager. In this new role, you’ll lead internal communication activities that connect our colleagues with VITA’s goals and strengthen engagement across markets.
You will plan and deliver communication initiatives that support our commercial targets, leadership visibility, and a strong, consistent internal voice. The role combines strategic planning with hands on execution, working across our brands and functions to ensure clear and effective communication.
Reporting to our CHRO, this hybrid role will be based at our office in Frederiksberg, Denmark.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll design and drive VITA’s internal communication strategy, building alignment, clarity, and engagement across brands and markets. Your work will ensure employees stay informed, connected, and aligned with our goals while reinforcing a strong, unified culture.
Partner with VITA Leadership, HR, and local partners to plan and deliver consistent messaging on priorities, transformation, and cultural initiatives
Manage and develop internal channels including intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms
Create and curate written, visual, and digital content for global campaigns and initiatives
Provide communication guidance to senior leaders to strengthen clarity, tone, and impact
Measure communication effectiveness through analytics, surveys, and feedback to drive improvement
WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced communicator who brings structure, clarity, and consistency to everything you do. You know how to make information clear, engaging, and relevant for different audiences, and you’re confident advising senior leaders on how to communicate effectively. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and work collaboratively across teams and brands to make sure communication has real impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s preferred
5+ years of experience in internal communications within an international or multi-brand environment
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
Experience managing internal digital channels and improving how information is shared across markets
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment
