Lyft is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to own the development and execution of communications strategies for members of the senior leadership team and their organizations. This person will be established as a trusted advisor to leadership and critical to building their narrative that delivers on our business objectives and furthers our purpose, vision and values.

Communications should enable efficiencies, with less time spent resolving cross-functional misalignment and more time spent executing as a team with clear roles and responsibilities and decision making power. This will report directly to Leslie Zodikoff as a member of the Internal Communications team and part of our Team Member Experience Team which rolls into our People organization.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
