As an Internal Communications Intern, you will assist with communication strategies, channel management and creative campaigns for the enterprise. You will work with a cross section of departments and gain a strong understanding of the Hagerty brand. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experience working on a cross-functional team with a wide range of communications specialties within a global, hybrid workforce.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the strategy, management and content creation for Hagerty’s intranet and weekly newsletter
  • Maintain editorial calendar for internal communication channels
  • Produce engaging, timely content for various internal audiences and channels
  • Manage and co-produce internal videos
  • Collaborate with HR and other internal stakeholders on their communication priorities
  • Assist VP Internal Comms on livestream events

  • Ability to write clear, strategic and engaging headlines and communications materials
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech‑savvy and able to adapt easily to new systems and tools
  • Interest in learning more about the classic and enthusiast vehicle operation, care, and etiquette

Other things to note:

  • This position can be worked as a remote position within the United States, but preferred candidates are in the Traverse City area.
  • This is a temporary opportunity from July 2026 through December 2026.
  • This is a part-time opportunity at approximately 20-30 hours a week
