We are seeking a Communications Assistant for our Mumbai, India office. We are looking for

Roles and Resposibilities:

  • Create, curate and schedule relevant and engaging content for social media platforms, omni-channel internal communications, magazines features and articles, and internal newsletters
  • Managing internal stakeholders and collaborating with designers to deliver efficient and high-quality videos, visuals and graphics
  • Creating content calendar for both internal and social media communications

  • Develop and maintain internal trackers along with analyzing metrics for social media using analytical tools
  • Collaborate with other teams for internal events like townhalls and other employee engagement activities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the company’s brand and communication goals

Requirements:

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing and Communications
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media management, brand management, internal, external and omni-channel communication, employer and leadership branding, CSR communication and content writing
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences and channels
  • Excellent editing and proofreading abilities are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across different departments and levels
  • A strong understanding of the need for creativity in content development and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and passion for communications
