Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our Internal Communication team.
In this role, you will contribute to the management of the internal communication plan by supporting the activation of all available communication touchpoints, with the goal of creating awareness of the company’s internal strategy, key business content, HR-related topics, and promoting corporate values throughout the organization, across all areas and levels.
Also supports the organization of internal events, with the aim of ensuring an excellent experience for participants and enhancing internal satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Contributes to the definition and implementation of the internal communication and engagement strategy, as well as the related activity plan:
- Supports the implementation and monitoring of both local and international internal communication projects.
- Supports the management of all communication touchpoints (intranet, email, newsletters, internal social media, etc.) for the assigned projects.
- Supports the production of communication content, both in terms of messaging and graphic design.
- Supports the organization of internal events.
- Supports initiatives from the bank’s various departments to ensure consistent communication in terms of content and conveyed values.
- Supports the management of the Internal Communication budget for the assigned projects.
- Supports the management of relationships with creative agencies for communication development, from briefing to material delivery.
- Monitors the results of activities through internal surveys.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- International studies are considered a plus.
Technical, Language and Other Specialized Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent written and spoken English; strong writing and storytelling skills; notable organizational and project management abilities; analytical mindset; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to manage high stress levels and tight deadlines; problem-solving skills; practicality; flexibility and open-mindedness; familiarity with generative AI tools.
Work Experience
Experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably in content production, event organization, telecommunications, food & beverage, or the FMCG sector.
