Job Description

  • Co-design of audit activities: Planning and conducting internal audits in close cooperation with the audit team and the Group Head Internal Audit – from preparation to final meeting

  • Analysis and further development of processes: Assessment of business processes and the internal control system (ICS) with the aim of increasing efficiency, security and future viability

  • Early detection of risks: Identification of weak points and potential risks in business processes as well as cooperation in the development of effective solutions

  • Assignment in various specialist areas: Assumption of examination mandates in various subject areas and ongoing deepening of knowledge, supported by targeted training and further education

  • Focus on optimization: Derivation of optimization opportunities and support in the further development of processes and structures within LGT

  • Preparation of insights: Structured preparation of the audit results, development of proposed solutions and recommendations, preparation of reports tailored to the target group and discussion of the results with the departments involved

  • Cooperation with external auditors: support of external auditors and ensure an efficient, professional exchange of information

  • Support of projects: Collaboration in the monitoring and assessment of projects of LGT Private Banking companies in Liechtenstein and associated insight into strategic developments

Requirements

  • Higher business education and/or further education to become a dipl. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

  • Several years of professional experience in internal or external auditing

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial industry in the field of private banking

  • Analytical thinking, willingness to take responsibility, conscientiousness and ability to work in a team

  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

  • Very good communication skills, socially competent behavior and convincing appearance

  • Experience and knowledge in data analytics is a plus
